When support data is collected via SupportDataCollector, certain SysConfig values marked with ValueType="Password" are automatically masked. This prevents passwords from appearing in plain text in the support data. This setting defines the settings that contain complex configuration hashes that should not be masked when generating the support data.

We have changed the default ticket unlock behavior in OTOBO 10.1. Now, the ticket is not only unlocked, but also handed over to the system user again. Thus, the behavior is clearer, but it is no longer possible to read out who last edited the ticket. Please deactivate this option to restore the behavior of OTRS versions 2 to 6 and OTOBO version 10.0.
In OTOBO 10.1 haben wir die Ticketfreigabe angepasst: Das Ticket wird nicht nur entsperrt, sondern zugleich an den Systembenutzer zurückgegeben. So entspricht die Darstellung klarer den Tatsachen. Zugleich kann aus der Besitzer-Information nicht mehr ersehen werden, wer ein Ticket zuletzt bearbeitet hat. Deaktivieren Sie die Option, um das Verhalten der OTRS-Versionen 2 bis 6 und von OTOBO 10.0 wiederherzustellen.

Tile registration for the customer dashboard. Module is required. Optionally, an order for items can be set. The order must have the name of the item as key and the desired position as integer value.
Kachelregistrierung für das Kunden-Dashboard. Das Modul wird benötigt. Optional kann eine Element-Reihenfolge definiert werden. Die Reihenfolge muss den Name des Elementes als Key und die gewünschte Position als ganze Zahl enthalten.
