When support data is collected via SupportDataCollector, certain SysConfig values marked with ValueType="Password" are automatically masked. This prevents passwords from appearing in plain text in the support data. This setting defines the settings that contain complex configuration hashes that should not be masked when generating the support data.

We have changed the default ticket unlock behavior in OTOBO 10.1. Now, the ticket is not only unlocked, but also handed over to the system user again. Thus, the behavior is clearer, but it is no longer possible to read out who last edited the ticket. Please deactivate this option to restore the behavior of OTRS versions 2 to 6 and OTOBO version 10.0.
