	Following the basic configuration you will learn to assign permissions to agents and customer users and how to get started with the most usual CIs.
	Assign Permissions
	Agents/customer users who need access to CIs of the CMDB have to be assigned to the group "itsm-configitem".

	OTOBO provides the option to import class bundles showcasing the most usual CIs. To start with them please perform the following actions:
	Open the admin-view of your OTOBO Web-UI.
	Open "Config Items" in the section "CMDB settings".
	Locate the "Ready2Import Class Bundles" panel on the left side and select the class bundle you want to import.
