We have changed the default ticket unlock behavior in OTOBO 10.1. Now, the ticket is not only unlocked, but also handed over to the system user again. Thus, the behavior is clearer, but it is no longer possible to read out who last edited the ticket. Please deactivate this option to restore the behavior of OTRS versions 2 to 6 and OTOBO version 10.0.
Az OTOBO 10.1-es verziójában megváltoztattuk az alapértelmezett jegyfeloldási viselkedést. Mostantól a jegy nem csak feloldódik, hanem újra átadásra kerül a rendszer felhasználójának. Így a viselkedés egyértelműbb, de többé nem lehet kiolvasni, hogy ki szerkesztette utoljára a jegyet. Kapcsolja ki ezt a beállítást az OTRS 2-től 6-ig terjedő verziói és az OTOBO 10.0-s verziója viselkedésének helyreállításához.

Recognize if a ticket is a follow-up to an existing ticket using an external ticket number. Note: the first capturing group from the 'NumberRegExp' expression will be used as the ticket number value. In case the module finds a new ticket, the ticket number is being written to the defined Dynamic Field. For already existing ticket, it can not set that Dynamic Field anew.
Annak felismerése, ha egy jegy egy külső jegyszámot használó meglévő jegy követője. Megjegyzés: a „NumberRegExp” kifejezés első elfogási csoportja lesz használva a jegyszám értékeként. Abban az esetben, ha a modul új jegyet talál, akkor a jegy száma a meghatározott dinamikus mezőbe kerül beírásra. Egy már meglévő jegynél nem tudja ezt a dinamikus mezőt újra beállítani.

If "DB" was selected for Customer::AuthModule, the encryption type of passwords must be specified. It is discouraged to configure the not really secure algorithms like 'md5', 'apr1', 'crypt', and 'plain'.

Fields stored in the ticket index which are used for other things besides fulltext searches. For the complete functionality all fields are mandatory. If fields are added which can be updated (especially dynamic fields), their respective update event has to be added to the TicketManagement invoker of the Elasticsearch web service!
A jegy indexében tárolt mezők, amelyek a szabad-szavas kereséseken kívül más célokra is használva vannak. A teljes funkcionalitáshoz az összes mező kötelező. Ha olyan mezők vannak hozzáadva, amelyek frissíthetők (különösen a dinamikus mezők), akkor azok megfelelő frissítési eseményét hozzá kell adni az Elasticsearch webszolgáltatás jegykezelés meghívójához!
